Charlie co-founded FedVan in September of 2011. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from FSU and a Masters of Business Administration from WPI. Charlie served in the USAF as an Instructor Pilot in the C-17A and the MQ-1B. He also served as Flight Commander of 69 personnel, Chief of Training, Chief of Safety, Chief of Mobility and Director of Operations for 2 of 5 deployments in support of OIF, OEF and OJS. While working in Wing Current Ops, he managed continuous worldwide operations of 51 aircraft representing $11.12 billion in assets. Charlie directed over 1,100 international missions resulting in 50.5 million pounds of cargo moved by 265 aircrews in 7 different squadrons. He’s in charge of strategy for FedVan as well as the current national expansion efforts.
Senior Master Sergeant, USAF (Ret) Rochelle Ottman is the General Manager for FedVan. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and spent 22 years serving in the United States Air Force. While in the USAF, Rochelle served as an Aircrew Intelligence Liaison, Training and Readiness NCOIC, Global Terrorism Analyst, Information Operations Analyst, Senior Indications and Warning Analyst, a Middle East regional analyst and a Mission Support Analyst. Looking to broaden her career as a leader, she became a First Sergeant, serving at both the 42ND Attack Squadron and the 432d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron. Afterwards, she joined the Air Force Reserves with the 50th Intelligence Squadron and soon became the Squadron Superintendent. She once won a car on The Price is Right!
Master Sergeant, USAF Retired, Duane proudly served 22 years in the Air Force as an Electrical Power Production Technician/ Aircraft Arresting Systems Technician. Duane served in Korea, Guam and Japan along with numerous assignments in the Continental United States. He is a lifetime member of the Rapid Engineer Deploy-able Heavy Operations Repair Squadron Engineers (RED HORSE). He traveled with the Thunderbirds while serving with RED HORSE ensuring the safety of aircraft and visitors alike. In his off-time Duane is an avid sports fans. He enjoys Baseball, Football, Hockey and Auto Racing. He can be found on weekends at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway enjoying some high speed action. Duane manages the day to day operations of over 70 vans and makes sure all vehicles are serviced and running non-stop.
