All federal employees are authorized to participate under the Mass Transit Benefit Program (MTBP). Contractors are not eligible for MTBP benefits, but if you are a US Military member on Active Duty, a Reservist, or DoD Civilian (GS) this program is for you.

FedVan services are provided at zero out-of-pocket cost service men and women through TRANServe.

Easy! Request an invitation and we will have your location’s manager reach out to you. Each of the locations we service has a dedicated manager who is familiar with the area, knows local coordinators and what vans we currently have running in any area. You can also ask a current member who their van pool POC is and speak to them.

Just let us know. If you need to pause your account for a deployment or if life circumstances change, please communicate with your coordinator and let the van pool manager know. To cancel, simply provide us with few days notice of cancellation and we will handle the rest.
